Beginning its second years as a zero hour class(7:00 to 7:45) the jazz band
now boasts over 40 members. Students will be divided into two
performing groups during the 2007-2008 school year.
This class focuses on the performance of traditional and contemporary
jazz music. Students learn jazz history, improvisation and standard
jazz practices. |
